Kansas' win over Boston College...

 

...makes Kansas 14-0 for the first time since 2004-05 season when the Jayhawks opened the year 14-0.

 


 

 

...makes KU 14-0 for the fifth time in school history. KU is currently one of six unbeaten teams in Division I.

 

...gives Kansas a 2-1 series edge over Boston College.

 

...makes Kansas 2-0 against the ACC this season and 32-21 against current members of the ACC.

 

...makes KU 3-0 on the road and marks their 16th win in their last 17 games away from Allen Fieldhouse.

 

...improves head coach Bill Self's record to 119-29 at Kansas.

NOTES

 

- Kansas is 37-3 (93%) in Kansas football, men's basketball and women's basketball teams.

 

- Kansas had the same starting lineup of Darnell Jackson, Mario Chalmers, Russell Robinson, Brandon Rush and Darrell Arthur for the fifth straight game.

 

- With the game tied at 22-22, Kansas went on a 25-7 run over the last 8:24 of the first half with a 47-29 lead.

 

- The win marked the 11th time KU has had a 10+ point victory in a true road game under Bill Self and the fourth 20+ point victory. It was the largest KU road win since an 82-56 win at Baylor last season.

 

- Kansas had a season-high 10 dunks.

 

- Kansas shot over 50 percent from the floor for the 12th time in 14 games.

 

- KU has held opponents under 50 percent from the field in 85 of its last 88 games, including 13 of 14 games this season.

 

- It was the sixth time this season that Kansas has led by 18 or more at the half.

 

- Senior Darnell Jackson set a new career-high with his 25 points, the most by a Jayhawk this season. It was the third time he has scored 20 points this season and the second straight game in which he has accomplished the feat. In his nine starts this year, he has reached double figures on six occasions.

 

- Jackson's nine rebounds were his second most this season.

 

- Sophomore Darrell Arthur set a season-high with 22 points and four shy of his career high of 26 against Towson last season.

 

- Arthur tied a career-high with 10 made field goals, a season high for a Jayhawk in 2007-08.

 

- KU outrebounded Boston College 39-24 to mark the fourth double-digit rebound advantage this season.

 

- Kansas' 10 steals marked the 10th time this season KU has double-digit steals.
