Kansas football player Ryan Cantrell was named to the 2008 Spring Watch List for the Rimington Trophy it was announced on Wednesday. The trophy is annually awarded to the nation's top center.
Cantrell, a 6-3, 295-pound, senior from Sugar Land, Texas (William P. Clements HS), is one of 42 players on the watch list, which includes seven players from the Big 12 Conference, the most of any league. (more)
