2007 (Fr.): Started the last 11 games of the season while playing in all 13 contests... Was fourth on the team in receptions (43), third in receiving yards (496), and second in touchdown receptions (seven)... His seven touchdowns were a school freshman record for a season and ranked tied for fourth on the KU season list for all players... His first collegiate reception was a 16-yard touchdown in his collegiate debut against Central Michigan... Best game statistically was seven catches for 94 yards against Missouri... Had a season-long 34-yard reception against Missouri as well... Had six catches at Texas A&M (49 yards) and again at Oklahoma State (43 yards)... Caught five passes against Nebraska for 52 yards and three touchdowns.... Had touchdown catches in four of his first six collegiate games.

High School: An All-District First Team selection following his senior season in 2006... Had 37 catches for 708 yards and 11 touchdowns... Best game came against Bowie when he collected six catches for 139 yards and a pair of touchdowns... Helped Cedar Hill to a record of 23-4 his last two seasons and a state championship in 2006... Earned two varsity letters in football... Coached in football by Joey McGuire.
