2005 (So.): Worked out as a back-up safety and on special teams... Played in eight contests... Saw significant action in the Texas game and collected eight tackles... Named Academic All-Big 12 Second Team... An Athletic Director's Honor Roll member.

2004 (Fr.): Practiced and traveled with the team... A member of the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.

2003 (RS): Accepted a redshirt and saw time on the scout team.

High School: A graduate of Hickman Mills High School in Kansas City, Mo.... As a senior, recorded 188 tackles, picked off 11 passes and broke up an additional 27... An all-conference and all-district selection at defensive back... Member of the Cougars district championship team in 2002... Earned six letters in football and baseball... Football coach was Tim Pepple.
