2006 (Fr.): Came off the bench to participate in three games, seeing action against Colorado, Iowa State and Missouri... Completed 14-of-24 passes and threw three touchdowns on the year... Averaged 8.2 yards per carry on 13 attempts including a season-long 63-yarder against Colorado -- the longest run by any KU signal-caller during the entire season... Had two rushing touchdowns... Entered the Colorado game in the third quarter and completed seven-of-11 passes for 106 yards and two touchdowns in his collegiate debut... Earned KU's offensive player of the week honors following the contest against the Buffs.
High School: A graduate of Lake Travis High School in Austin, Texas... Was the 4A Player of the Year in the state of Texas as a junior and Central Texas Player of the Year as a senior...
